EDPS: Flowcharts and Checklists on Data Protection
Der Europäische Datenschutzbeauftragte (European Data Protection Supervisor – „EDPS“) hat ein kurze Broschüre mit „Flowcharts and Checklists on Data Protection“ veröffentlicht.
Ich würde jetzt nicht behaupten, dass das Dokument ein „großer Wurf“ ist. Es soll anscheinend einfach Anfängern ein paar Hinweis geben.

Die erste Grafik in dem Dokument, die ich hier einmal dem Dokument entnommen habe, finde ich aber durchaus hilfreich. Die ist zwar – entsprechend dem Zuständigkeitsbereich des EDPS – an Institutionen der Europäischen Union gerichtet –, kann aber in gleicher Weise auch in anderen Bereichen eine Unterstützung bei der Frage geben, ob ich „Verantwortlicher“, „Gemeinsam Verantwortlicher“ oder „Auftragsverarbeiter“ bin.
